Any data we collect is used strictly for ensuring that our website and selling functions are working smoothly. Secondi will never sell or provide any information we gather to an outside party. Return Policy
All sales at Secondi are final. We do our best to include accurate measurements, photographs, and describe any flaws or unique aspects of the items we are selling. If you have any questions about an item call us at 202-667-1122 or email us at secondi.dc@gmail.com before purchasing. Once you've purchased, your fabulous find is yours to keep!
Secondi is a consignment shop with an ever-changing inventory! It is possible that an item or items may sell in the shop before we are notified of your purchase(s). If this happens, we will cancel your purchase as quickly as possible and notify you that the item(s) is/are no longer available.
If you prefer a different method of shipping please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Authentication Policy
The consigning and selling of authentic items is very important to us. Secondi uses Entrupy© and AuthenticateFirst.com when possible for reassurance. We check all designer and couture items at the time of consignment for the proper markings, stitching, tags, authentication numbers, etc. Our evaluation team has years of experience and conducts thorough research.
We also offer authentication services for customers for handbags by many high-end labels, regardless of if the item was purchased from Secondi. For more information, check out our Luxury Authentication program on our website Secondi.com.
Although all sales at Secondi are final and no refunds or exchanges are given, if a customer discovers an item they purchased at Secondi to be inauthentic an exception may be made in this circumstance.* Please give us a call at 202-667-1122 or email us at secondi.dc@gmail.com for more information.

*Refunds will be issued once the item has returned to the Secondi store and evaluation by AuthenticateFirst and/or Entrupy© has been completed. No refund will be issued if the item is determined to be authentic by one or both of these services. The authenticated item will be returned to the customer.
